With extensive experience in managing numerous new construction projects, we specialize in stepping in when budgets have been exceeded, successfully streamlining costs to ensure project continuity.   We can manage purchase of the equipment and engineering services. We have access to a wide network of resources for sourcing equipment suppliers and engaging the necessary engineers for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) projects.

Effectively managing a commodity or category necessitates cultivating robust customer relationships, possessing in-depth knowledge of the commodity, understanding suppliers' cost drivers and end markets, and exhibiting strong spend analysis skills. Each commodity presents a unique set of variables, such as the number of SKUs, overall spend, tail spend, market dynamics, sole source or single source considerations, among others. Over my tenure, I have overseen a diverse range of commodities and encountered virtually every scenario imaginable.

Whether it's facilitating spot buys, engaging in medium or long-term negotiations, providing comprehensive market overviews, or developing strategic approaches, I offer expertise across the spectrum. With a PMP Certification and extensive experience with various projects, there's a breadth of experience across diverse project types. Notably, I spearheaded the management of a portfolio comprising over 200 Capital Projects following the establishment of tools, training programs, and global compliance standards. These projects spanned IT, Construction, Compensation, and numerous purchasing initiatives, all of which were effectively overseen and delivered to success.
